maakleerplek vzw processes personal data of visitors, participants, customers and other persons who use our website or services, when they provide this data to us themselves or when the data is necessary for our services.

When you place an order, register or make a payment via maakleerplek.be, we process the data necessary for the performance of the contract, administration and invoicing.

Payments may be made via an external payment service. maakleerplek vzw does not itself store full card details when these are processed directly by the payment service.

In certain cases we may receive personal data via other persons or organisations, for example when an organiser, partner, school or other cooperation partner passes on data to us in the context of an activity or collaboration.
