The Canteen is the beating heart of maakleerplek. Learning, making and tasting take centre stage in an open and welcoming atmosphere.
The Canteen is operated by HONK, a housing project for 13 young adults with disabilities. They develop their kitchen skills and build self-confidence through working in the kitchen, behind the bar and in the dining area.
