De Kantine, the hands-on training venue for the hospitality industry. It’s not a new place, but it does have a new concept. A follow-up to the summer bar, yet something different again.

The lunch menu features a daily special, available for a competitive price of fifteen euros. A mini-buffet on your plate! A dip, a salad, roasted vegetables, a warm sauce, a slice of quiche, a stew… new combinations every week. And to keep you warm throughout the winter, there’s fresh soup, of course. In the evening, we serve small plates of various delicious dishes that are also updated regularly, ranging from about six to ten euros per plate. Perfect for sharing, and you can definitely enjoy a satisfying and flavorful dinner this way. We’ll also have homemade cakes and pies for those with a sweet tooth.
